Payment and Sales Tax

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex and Paypal.  Girly Things charges 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida.  

Delivery Times

We make every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as possible.  Most orders are in stock and ship within 3 business days (including the allocated time for processing).  If there are any unexpected issues with your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 3 business day.  Holidays and weekends are not included.  Orders will be shipped in the 48 Contiguous United States via USPS, with tracking always included.  Our flat standard shipping and handling rate is always free.  Standard shipping will arrive within 5-7 days or earlier.  For Priority 2-day shipping, the rate is $12.00.  If you need your order shipped over night, shipping and handling is $25.  

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt.  Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.  Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item without an RA number and they will be returned to you.  Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
